Another Collserola mountain bike ride

Very hard after spending a week in bed with the flu. I also picked some of the more difficult tracks.

Slowly it is getting more difficult to map new paths and tracks in the Collserola park, which is good and bad :-)

Connecting Barcelona and Sant Cugat

Today I did another mountain bike ride in Collserola park. It was mostly tarmac roads, so that I can connect Barcelona and Sant Cugat by tertiary roads.

Finished it with a couple of gravel track and residential roads before my phones battery was empty. Turns out it doesn't last long if you run two GPS trackers, MP3 player and connect heart rate belt and headphones with bluetooth.

New hobby: OpenStreetMapping

I always loved the idea behind OpenStreetMap. Mostly because of my open source experience and sites Wikipedia, these show that with enough people doing a little bit of work in the area they know, it is possible to create results which are better and more free than the conventional commercial offerings.
