Here's a barrier closed *at night* that blocks the car lane entering Hardturmstrasse westwards. (i.e. all car traffic from Escher-Wyss-Platz has to turn into Förrlibuckstrasse and can't go straight).

There's a dedicated traffic light for cyclists coming from north going west who are supposed to go on the tram tracks (until the stop Förrlibuckstrasse). The constructions of the Tramdepot block the side walk on the north side of Hardturmstrasse, which would normally be shared with the bikes.
