https://i.imgur.com/JhGz6MF.png shows the PROW data (OGL license) over OSM basemap. This path is not in the PROW as a bridleway nor a footpath. There is a bridleway to the north, before the junction, and along the track too. I shall add this. So much of it appears to be a permissive right of way, and it seems as if horses are allowed, a permissive bridleway. Im not sure what to tag that

It was mis tagged as a track where it is more likely a footpath, at least to the north where I walked. n yorks prow show it as permissive and not a designated footpath. I don't know about horse or bicycle, but this whole area is part of Open Access land on the moor, so I imagine they can go on it? When I edited this, I also added a Note in this location about this. Hopefully someone will correct both our questions.

The history of node 1 indicates that it is frequently deleted and restored.

SomeoneElse: I did not say that malcolmh created the duplicate node. But malcolmh did delete Node 1 (as the only change) in this changeset which is the subject of this changeset discussion.

I also don't think malcolmh was replying to me with the comment "You had created a duplicate" but if that was the case, that was an erroneous statement.

Hello, and welcome to OpenStreetMap. It's good to see a new mapper in Leeds. I'm also in Leeds, and been mapping for a while.

Generally we don't change the name of things to add a note that it has changed. We just change the name (but you did want to note that there was a change, and that's good)

So in this example you would just change the name to FixIT Leeds. and add a note saying "previously Kaba PC Co-operative". If you get stuck doing that, just let me know in this discussion, or send a message to me privately.

Now, I believe that Kaba PC has actually moved to Armley? I don't know if they still have the place on Burley Lodge Road. I walked past there the other day and it wasn't open, but the sign was still up. Do you know if it's stil there but just changed name?

The map is meant to show things that exist anywhere on Earth. I'm sorry but labelling your house as "My House" does not mean anything to anybody apart from you. I'm going to have to delete this.

You can trace over the building and add it as a residential building, and give the address if you like though.

Thanks. We generally do not change the name of closed things to alert users that things have closed, rather the name is for the things current name. I think people still call it The Ringway, so I will add a local name to it as well. There is a disused tag we can use. I'll change this to a daycare facility. Thanks and welcome again :)
