On review of my edits, I am just wanting to confirm that the two problems you are referring to are: 1. duplicate segments, and 2. inner segments that should be outer segments?

If this is the case, I see where I went wrong with the duplicate segments, and can make corrections for those. However, I am a bit unclear on why the segments excluding the road from the area should be changed to outer, and would appreciate some clarification on this.
