Hi, when my edits have source set to "survey" it means I verified the details in person at the location. I removed the "fixme" tag because on the sign on the chemist door they list their address as "Mlynske Nivy 16". To double check I went there again just now: https://i.imgur.com/EVPvPPH.jpg
So, they definitely do not write their address as 116.
