What do you mean by 'exclude'?
If you mean 'delete' that is not possible for a reason. If you have a vary good reason to delete your account e-mail one of the administrators.
Hi, thank you all. TomH, that was exactly what I was looking for. :-)
It's not that I want to really delete, I was just curious.
By the way, does someone know how can I join the end of a street into a point (middle) of another? And no, the instructions don't work for me (it says they "don't share an end point" or something like that).
I figured a way. It somehow needs to have an end point, even when I don't want to. It's just a matter of joining before the end points and deleting the final section that will last (delete the point).
However, it definitely would be easier to be able to connect the end of a road into the middle of another.
In Potlatch, just extend the street (i.e. click on the end-point to draw), then double-click on the point on the other street where you want it to end.
in JOSM you can make a node where you want it to be merged, select the nodes and push 'm' for merge. You can also see your mouse pointer when howering over the way you want to attach to see when you will make a new node and attach it to the way, or just create a node at the side of the road. Other tools have other opertunitites. There's always more than one solution.

To be precise, and assuming that "exclude" does mean close/delete, then the policy is detailed here:
