im Wiki steht einiges:
osm.wiki/DE:Bing
Im Prinzip reicht ein aktueller JOSM. Da gibt es das Menü "Imagery", wo du Bing-Luftbilder als Ebene laden kannst.
Potlach 2 ist noch buggy, hat aber auch Bing-Unterstützung. Am einfachsten erreichst du ihn, wenn du auf der Kartenseite die Maus etwas über dem "Bearbeiten"-Tab ruhen lässt - es klappt ein Menü auf, in dem du Potlach 1 oder Potlach 2 wählen kannst.
Merkaartor in der neuen Versuch unterstützt auch Bing-Luftbilder.

If you are a JOSM user, download the latest version and BING is incorporated into it as a Slippymap. It is a great new addition and is allowing a great deal of new mapping to proceed in may parts of the world.
