There is already something like that for switzerland as a Google Maps Mashup. But maybe its interesting to look at and what could be possible with that data:

it takes some time until the map shows your edits. Sometimes it appears after a minute but it can take up to 2 days. It looks like your edits from today have been saved, see your profile: osm.org/user/Vic%20Jacinto/edits Here you can see all your saved work. If it's there, it should show up on the map soon.

the problem is that this file only contains a list of all streets with housenumbers, streets without housenumbers are not in this list... but it seems that the streets with adresses are nearly complete.

@Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason: i can publish the code, but it needs some knowledge of php as it is written as a quick hack (especially the import part) and only works with the current format my import file has. but if you are interested.. ;)
