My apologies for this miss. As suggested I have disconnected the incorrect node connection(Changeset:98571974). I have not added any tunnel or bridge as there is no proper evidence to add them. Thanks for the informative feedback.

Thanks for checking into our edits. please go through the forum https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=68933 regarding the resources we are using.We have made this edit based on the private imagery dated 1-10-2019 and added the access tag vehicle =destination as per the osm wiki osm.wiki/DE:Tag:access%3Ddestination. please let me know if my edits are contradicting with the ground reality and requires any modifications.
