Hi le-go, congratulations on your first edit to OpenStreetmap! But there are a couple problems with your changeset.

It looks like the source you linked puts water fountains at each of the buildings. This is not an accurate way to tag the fountains themselves, as they will not all be exactly in the center of buildings (see TBH and MRH, where the nodes are actually inside the courtyards).

Also, it does not seem like the dataset is freely licensed (I could not find a license on the linked source). It is important that OpenStreetMap does not use copyrighted sources. This is how OSM is able to stay publicly available.

I am going to revert this change soon. Feel free to add the water fountains you know, as well as from open data.

Hi nickvet419, I appreciate you for adding a useful note as well as the Waldheim Cemetery Co. website. I think it should be noted that, while Waldheim Cemetery Co. is the dominant caretaker, they do not cover the whole area, and they also include another cemetery outside of this area.

That's why I think the name should stay as Jewish Waldheim Cemeteries. Let me know what you think.

Hi Zol87, I am going to revert this changeset. The outline you made is accurate to the current Bing aerial, but there is actually a wholly new building, and the imagery is out of date right now.
