Hi! These existing 22 keys from the Brasilian ANAC seems to have another format than the Argentinian ANAC keys entered (just three letters) Complete list here: http://www.anac.gov.ar/anac/web/index.php/1/1164/aerodromos/listado-de-aerodromos-helipuertos-y-lugares-aptos

For the alternative ICAO code entered, I cannot explain. It might be just an OurAirports identifier that have reached the AeroInside database. I didn't wanted to drop it, so I chose a different case key.

Its reverted now: lower case for ICAO (with the standard identifier) and dropped that other one (two letters, a dash, and some numbers)
