Sorry, forgot to mention that they are only visible on the edit map.

It seems ok for me :) ,it maybe that the server or your internet connection is taking it time in sending you the rest of the ways and tracks when you goto edit.

Well i can see the problem in edit mode where you see a very thick black track of all the green waypoint dots.

People should not upload routes, tracks only. I would delete the points...
