I've added the continuation of ND 23B TRK using the NAIP imagery, but it's missing speed limits and, more importantly, this golf course needs a lot of edits now.

There is a signage conflict on 123rd Ave SE and 125th Ave SE, each between 83rd St SE and 82nd St SE (ND 13): both are signed as CR 4, which is impossible given the geometry. I suspect the problem is with the 125th Ave SE segment (perhaps it should be signed as CR 4A?), and I may contact the county's highway supervisor about the issue.

The boating access was moved north a bit (to approximately the position of this note) a year or two ago, but it isn't shown in any of the satellite imagery yet.

Note sure if anyone has either GPS traces or more up-to-date imagery here, but Rosehill Drive now meets up with Jonathan Lane around here and there are houses built all along both streets.

There is a school zone here that reduces the speed limit to 15 mph. This could be implemented as a conditional restriction (something like "maxspeed:conditional=15 @ (Mo-Fr 08:30-15:30;PH off;SH off)"), but I'm not sure what the school hours for North Sargent are.
