Which Icon has to be clicked?

If you are using Potlatch (i.e. the edit tab), your changes are saved directly to the database though it'll take while before your changes make their way to the map.

The normal map layer is updated on and after Wednesdays.

Or - use informationfreeway.org to submit a render request and use the osmarender map (e.g. on informationfreeway). It takes about only few hours for the new osmarender map (but on sundays).
