Hi jambamkin, thanks for your contribution. It isn't an industrial building. It was a retail building before (Harley-Davidson retailer). Could you please consider making this change. Thanks. Eric

I moved it inside the Hays Business Centre. Probably not the correct location but at least, it is now part of the building.

Thanks for your answer. Is it at least possible to remove all the elements in link with the address for these objects or to mention them in the description only? These objects have already some coordinates and it is enough to find the nearest address (house number and street name) using a reverse geocoder. Otherwise, when someone searches for an address, the results will be the bin rather than the actual address. Let me know what you think about it. Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. So the opposite building. Any preference about your location in the building? North, South, East, West. Just let me know and I'll improve the location.

Hi Jez,
Thanks for your answer. As camera obscura POIs are probably a tricky case to map at a national level, it seems appropriate to leave it as it is right now. From my pov, another way to map them would be to use the description tag (e.g. description= Camera obscura) rather than the amenity one. as it would allow the use of the other tags without any additional constraints.

Hi Jez, any particular reason to have tagged this POI with amenity=camera_obscura?
Thanks
Eric

Hi James,
Any reason to link these bins with an address? Thanks
Eric

Hi,
Thanks for your contribution. Is your office part of the Castle Rock Housing Association? If yes, I'll move the point you created inside the building.
Thanks. Eric

The building you tagged as "apartments" at 11 Bristo Place isn't a residential building. It is an hotel (Hotel du Vin).

I updated it in this changeset:

Dear Richard, thanks for your contributions. I updated your office using office=architect rather than company, standardised your phone number, URL, address, and moved slightly the position of the object to increase the map readability. Hope you like it. You can see the difference between our two versions here: osm.org/node/5844237991/history

Best, Eric

No problem :-)

Hi meadowgreen. You can use man_made=yes for both of them if you're sure about it. For more information, see: osm.wiki/Key:man_made
Cheers, Eric

Hi Hervé, could you please check the street names for these POIs (atm, it is Nicolson Square, far away from here). Thanks.

Hi meadowgreen. According to the official website (https://www.edinburghmuseums.org.uk/venue/scott-monument) and Wikipedia as well, the name is "Scott Monument" without the "the". Could you please consider to review your edit and at the same time removed my previous wikipedia:en tag as you added a better version of it. Many thanks. Eric

Hi meadowgreen, I just removed the house number of the Greyfriars Kirk you added as there is no number associated to this building (only a postcode and a street name). I also changed its street name as well (Greyfriars place and not Greyfriars).

Hi Tom, are the roofs of these buildings flat? If not, roof:levels=1 and not 0. Cheers, Eric

Hi. As mapsperhaps didn't answer, I'm going to modify these features using their original tag, i.e. garden. I'll do the same as well for the changeset 48683784 as it's exactly the same case. Thanks Ginaro.

Just to let you know that you delete some useful information in link with this building, including the following tags: building:colour, building:levels, building:material, roof:levels, roof:material and roof:shape. FYI, these tags are used to create the 3D OSM aspects. See here for example: http://demo.f4map.com/#lat=55.9491776&lon=-3.2081174&zoom=19&camera.theta=66.772&camera.phi=124.045

Therefore, I'm going to revert your last edit here. Thanks for your understanding.

I just moved it to the correct location.
