It's a bandstand, not a war memorial.

This isn’t an exit off this section of dual carriageway.
App tells you to make a exit which is dangerous and impossible.

1) stream is stitched to admin boundary - I'm not going to risk unstitching it and moving the bdy.
2) Course of Billing Brook has significantly changed: much less crinkly on the whole. Presumably boundary remains unchanged??

bing aerial suggests that the footpath that is currently in osm running SSE from the bridge over the ditch NW of in fact passes through this point to pass between the polytunnel patches at approx 52.480412/-0.353231
