Could you please revert the removal of node 12199538086, and restore it being part of Nonnberggasse? The current route of Nonnberggasse is clearly wrong

Hello,
when I was there (Sunday around 14:00), I saw that there cannot be a connection between Rue Terarken/Terarkenstraat and Rue Villa Hermosa/Villa Hermosastraat. The terrain is hilly, Rue Terarken is a few metres below Rue Villa Hermosa.

At the end of Rue Terarken, where there's the Brontë sisters plaque, there are a wall and a closed garage door. Right above the garage door, there's open space, and a glimpse of the area can be had.

At the end of the straight part of Rue Villa Hermosa, there's a construction site. Facing left, where a "barrier:gate" and a service road are mapped, there's indeed a fence barring the entrance to the site, and some open space that can be interpreted as the service road. However, it cannot be connected to Rue Terarken due to the slope: at most, the roof of the garage accessible from Rue Terarken might be reached (but only by those with access to the site, that is fenced off to the general public)

Final. The Amstelveenlijn has been inaugurated a few months ago, and the fences are uninterrupted between A.J Ernststraat and Van Nijenrodeweg.

So, If I understood the lesson to be learned:
- all addresses already have a node because they are imported from the Kadaster
- if a business moves to an address, or opens at an address, one should use the existing node for that address
- don't move address nodes (not BAG ones at least)
Correct?

Can you please explain what is the damage? I can understand that, when a shop moves, there are 2 alternatives:
1. create a new node at the new address
2. move the old node
and, in case of Wagenmakers and Tel (now Tel Krop), I chose the second. But I took care of changing the address field as well, not just the position of the node.
