laut Wiki soll der name-Tag nicht für Beschreibungen, sondern nur für Eigennamen genutzt werden, siehe osm.wiki/DE:Namen im Wiki. "Lagerraum" (osm.org/way/1218826527) ist wohl kein Eigenname - wenn building=garage nicht detailliert genug ist, passt vielleicht building=shed (osm.wiki/Tag:building%3Dshed) ganz gut?

Gleicher Kommentar passt auch zum Changeset osm.org/changeset/134647726, dort würde ich building=barn für das als "Lager" bezeichnete Gebäude vorschlagen und name="Lager" entfernen.

Ebenso würde ich im Changeset osm.org/changeset/122553483 die ganzen name-Tags "Wiese", "Acker", "Hecken" entfernen, da diese Infos schon in den landuse-Tags enthalten und keine Eigennamen sind.

das von dir erstellte Café "Alles gewollt" in Pötenitz sowie das Restaurant "La Cucina" in Lübeck existieren bereits in OSM. Vielleicht hast du deine Karten in OSMAnd schon länger nicht mehr aktualisiert?
Ich lösche die beiden von dir hinzugefügten Dopplungen des Cafés sowie des Restaurants wieder.

cool, dass du so viele nicht erfasste Hydranten eingetragen hast!
Allerdings ist mir aufgefallen, dass du den Hydranten größtenteils den Straßennamen oder eine Beschreibung ihrer Lage als "name" verpasst hast. In Openstreetmap sollen jedoch nur Eigennamen als "name" eingetragen werden, keine Beschreibungen. Siehe auch im Wiki osm.wiki/DE:Namen unter "Namen sind keine Beschreibungen". Kannst du die Namen aus den von dir angelegten Hydranten wieder entfernen und in Zukunft auf den Namen verzichten?

In my eyes, deleting the duplicate nodes is not the best way to do here. Instead, the nodes 9007041734 and 1711778073 as well as 9007041735 and 1711778747 should have been merged. Like this, the geometry of the area=yes highway=pedestrian (471550751) got damaged and the street runs through it. You can see that clearly on achavi for example: https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=143488697
Could you restore the geometry of the pedestrian zone, by including the nodes 1711778073 and 1711778747 into it?

Thanks for your comment! On the other hand, the wiki explicitly describes the option to tag traffic sign directions with cardinal directions (osm.wiki/Key:direction end of the section "angles and cardinal directions") and warns of the problem that if the direction of a way is reversed, it may happen that the directions of traffic signs are not reversed accordingly, and thus point towards the wrong direction (same wiki page, end of the section Forward and backward). Both situations are also described in the Spanish wiki page. On the other hand, it is clear that direction=forward/backward is easier to interpret for routers. However, I could not find information about routers being able or not able to interpret cardinal directions.
So my understanding was that both versions have advantages and disadvantages, but that both can be used. I did not find any discussion with clear conclusion in the forum either, but if there was any agreement in Catalunya or Spain to use only one of the tagging schemes, I will be happy to follow
