Yes, I already spoted a bridge in a highway in Mexico that is already finished and in the picture It's under construction and another in México City that It's finished and in the picture doesn't even started the construction, but here a lot of streets are misplaced and not in line, and this help me a lot, also to spot some errors in my GPS track (wavy streets).
Another problem It's that the resolution varies from place to place.

In Seattle, Washington and the surrounding area, I have found that it is almost always newer than the Yahoo imagery.
