This is no longer a signal controlled intersection. It is now a full double lane roundabout. there are no right turn roads, but all Easy street, US 2/US 97 depart and enter the roundabout. There are 5 roads that enter/exit. I am not sure how to create a roundabout as the edit map only includes a mini roundabout. This has a large island.
