Cambridge restaurants

All restaurants, takeaways and cafes in Cambridge now mapped! Apart from any I've accidentally missed. Yum yum.

Did a little bit of GPSing in Morley, West Yorkshire last week when I went up to visit my mum. There's been a lot of good mapping in the area, but Morley's quite sparse at the moment.

Papworth St Agnes

Completed my first piece of proper GPS road mapping with the tiny village of Papworth St Agnes, one of a small handful on the todo list for South Cambs. Very pretty, though only two roads to map, plus phonebox, postbox, church and the start of a few footpaths.

Just down the road, one missing street needed to be added to nearby Graveley, which now looks road-complete to me. There's a network of tracks to the south-west of the village on the former airfield which I didn't explore. These are car-accessible but signposted as private. Suitably some people were flying a remote-controlled plane there today.

Cambridge miscellaneous

Just added a handful of missing footpaths in Cambridge (Fulbourn Rd - flowers estate, Wycliffe Rd - Seymour St and Harvey Goodwin Ave - French's Rd).

Also added the "cycleway: opposite" tag to Kingston Street. It's not strictly a one way street any more, just no entry for motor vehicles at one end. There's no
signed cycle contraflow, but cycling is implicitly permitted. As far as I can tell, the recommended way to indicate this is to leave in the "oneway" tag and use "cycleway: opposite".
