we have a very low internet in the field, so we made this effort. OSM contributor help us a lot to make the baseline data. Now we train people from butembo to help us to put health structure, school, and other.
We are using a lot map me and osmand in this ebola operation

you (again), As I said, last time I had to push the data in the field to convince the minister of health to use OSM as a background. I was in Beni and the ministre of health came. So I upload all the health facility on OSM only with Amenity and the tag from the gouvernment. THe time that OSM RDC help me with the right Tag. A revert has been done. And now I have trained OSM contributor in the field, and they upload the data. 1200 health structure. Unfortunetely, some mistake has been made during the contribution. We have corrected it imediatly ex : Health_fac we didn't understand why it came like that

So again apologize for the disagreement . We are going to push data again this week end and we will work with the import group and ask also why it as such a mess to need to do data cleaning in middle of an emergency. For Now I succes to open the discussion with OSM and also with the local gouvernment to invest more ressource in training and use OSM as baseline.

But I am fine with a revert. It is cleaner like that. I will import with tag discussed with OSM-RDC. It was juste the time for the discussion with the gouvernement to show them their tag. Completely agree is not the way and I apologize but it help me a lot to convince to work with OSM as a baseline data. So I put few osm tag, I am in butembo/beni now, and had some meeting to show the workflow.

But yes I am agree with pierre nobody was there when in Matthew 2016 and in Butembo in 2018 mapathon destroyed the data. And we have to clean it in middle of emergency. We will change the tag asap, but I need to convince thursday the people to use OSM as a baseline data for the ebola riposte. OSM community has done an huge work to digitze remotely. Now I am doing some training first to ask local mapper to put information on OSM, as a normal contributor. And in a second time we set up some team to use OSMAND to collect all health facility (quite important for ebola). I put some tag not related to OSM (codeas; codezs, ...) . Those code belong to the gouvernement. We will ajust and we will adjust our workflow between our database and OSM Database
