147279800 | over 1 year ago | Hi, is the name of this actually suffixed with -National Trust? It's already in the operator tag (albeit misspelled).
|
147199186 | over 1 year ago | It's not possible afterwards, but having it in here is the closest you'd get, thanks for clarifying. |
147199186 | over 1 year ago | Hi Jack, is there anything on that site indicating that the content is public domain? If not, it's copywrited and we'd need to use another source or map on the ground to add this in.

147108714 | over 1 year ago | Hi, can you provide any further details on this change? You've done one that spans two continents with no description of what you've actually changed. |
147152887 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, this seems like a mechanical edit that has changed two nodes labelled "Verso Books", despite the Wikipedia and WikiData entries only applying to one of those. Please don't perform mechanical edits like this without discussing first, or if it's small like this, manually check each change before submitting. I've reverted the change to osm.org/node/7738540146 since it's incorrect. |
146979571 | over 1 year ago | There's a few houses near Peerless/Stebonheath Road in Munno Para West that have some bits that aren't 90 degrees and didn't look like it matched up with imagery. |
146812203 | over 1 year ago | Hi Melan839, even community groups are potentially subject to the Organised editing rules/guidelines. |
147042978 | over 1 year ago | Hi, addr:housenumber shouldn't be used for the unit numbers, you've also removed the house and street numbers. I'd give osm.wiki/Key:addr:* a read for more info on adding addresses, but for now I'm going to revert this since it's removed data.

147030832 | over 1 year ago | Thanks for catching that one for me!
|
147005374 | over 1 year ago | Hey, it would be best to just map the whole parking area as amenity=parking. Also, the section near the north west part of the building isn't really parking.
|
146979571 | over 1 year ago | Whoops, thanks for catching the typo! |
146979571 | over 1 year ago | Hey there, pressing W in both of and JOSM will square off buildings, it’s a good idea to do this where possible.
|
146812203 | over 1 year ago | Which users is this from? Are they giving you the information under the expectation that it's public domain or provided under a license that allows for it's use here? You should make sure that the actual source is documented in your changeset, all you have listed is Bing Maps Aerial from iD automatically adding it. I'd also recommend smaller, more local changesets as well, instead of one covering 4 continents. |
146812203 | over 1 year ago | Hi, what is the source for this addition of ATMs across multiple continents? |
146732596 | over 1 year ago | Hi, highways/roads (including service roads) shouldn't be mapped separately unless there's a physical separation. I don't see why there would have been issues with how it was previously mapped, and adding access=private may potentially cause more issues for routing, since it implies permission is required before going on that highway/road.
|
146732068 | over 1 year ago | Hi, you've added the gate tags both to a node and a way, they should only exist on one of them. You also probably don't need some of the tags, especially things like opening_hours.
|
146732302 | over 1 year ago | Hey, oneway shouldn't be set on here if there's no other way to get out, this would break routing further.
|
146575976 | over 1 year ago | I've reverted this changeset since everything indicated these were just removed to remove "clutter" in a specific rendering of OSM. |
146558606 | over 1 year ago | I was just pointing out how CC-BY alone isn't enough for OSM and how we require the waiver. |
146558606 | over 1 year ago | The license on their website ic CC-BY 4.0, which means attribution is required. We can't provide that directly so we need a waiver (like we have for DataSA) that states attribution through the Wiki is acceptable instead of direct attribution where we use the data. |
