don't know who has mapped it, but it was proven again
that osm is a great deal faster than others.

Although West-Flanders isn't so well mapped, OSM is more actual than google maps:

If you want you can add an entry for new streets like bypasses or others in the OSM wiki at osm.wiki/New_and_Changed_Ways
There is a nice collection to show areas where OSM is really more up to date then "the others".
Especially entries for other countries in the world are very welcome here :-)
