Should this be called the 'Mickleham Rd Offramp' or the 'Western Ring Road Offramp'? Or what is the best way to mark it as both?

This would be a good junction point for the second-from-the-left lane, but if it's being used for navigation, it's may be too late for the far-left lane. Is there a better way we can mark the two different junction points for the two left lanes, or is it just too messy?
