Thank you for adding the old_name tags!

A minor request: when you do the name changes, could you please put the former name in an "old_name" value? It potentially helps people searching for a shop they used to use that maybe hadn't changed much.

Thanks for resolving these, I (obviously) never seem to get around to them.

Oops, I meant "25 mph, not 25 km/hour."

Sorry for not seeing this earlier, it has both. The service ways to the north east (739900702 and 739900707) are service=drive-through, and the building=roof to the west (691057664) is for pulling in to the drive-in.

👍

(or point to an explanation; I'm guessing there's *some* precedent)

Could you explain why you removed the landuse tags? From what I can see, the polygons from which you removed the landuse tags aren't enclosed within larger polygons that have landuse tags.

Er, Sports Authority, not Sports Outlet.

77440381 over 5 years ago

Is this a FedExOffice (and a different type of business) or is it a sports shop (and a name other than SkiBonkers, formerly Sports Outlet)? I don't think it can be both.

I'm not sure what happened here, but these two businesses have received tagging as ToysRUs and BabiesRUs (which I don't think exist any more) rather than H Mart and Office Depot. Could you double-check your work?

Welcome to OpenStreetMap! I was looking through the Tesla Motors Club thread, saw your link, decided to investigate.

In the osm.org/way/743165216 parking lot, all four of the one-way roads go southbound, causing all of osm.org/way/743463750 to be unroutable. Surely at least one of them goes northbound or is two-way? Also, no need to designate osm.org/node/6949821352 or osm.org/node/6949821358 as parking, the overall area (for which parking=surface might be valid) is enough.

There's more advice available if you're interested.

It seemed like an awkward name, but it's what was lettered on the window.

Most of these, if not all, are vacant (although many do still have their old signage); the main exception being the fuel station. They should not have had their shop or amenity tags restored/duplicated.

This should've been tagged with source=survey and imagery_used=Bing aerial imagery.

I see that some tags (cutting, embankment) got changed from "yes" values to "true" values. Can they be returned to "yes" to match other tags?

If the PDF ("10 cm") is incorrect, please revert this changeset.

source=survey (I forgot to add that.)

Also removed TIGER tags (it's quite reviewed) and added surface=asphalt.

I'd just like to state, for the record, that I have no objection to these houses being overwritten by improved geometry. The imagery with which I was working at the time was poor (pre-Bing I think) and I don't think I squared any buildings.
