Went again the next day; all street lamps along 124th Ave sidewalks between 116th and 120th (other than at 116th intersection and possibly 120th intersection) have been removed during construction and might not be "restored" to the same spots; didn't check between 120th and 124th.

Way 427164512 (to the north) wasn't evident on the ground when viewed while passing on the road.

Survey (and updated 2023 imagery) shows that Valvoline has changed the direction of its driveway. I eyewitnessed two spots within the building for service, not 3.
