Iggujja did not make the connections at the above mentioned points because the latest satellite imagery (ESRI World imagery - March 2018) shows presence of some barriers/gates.
The roads could have been connected with an assumption that by july 2019 the construction would have been completed. But we do not have any proof to make that edit.

Can you please help us with your advise/suggestion on how to go about this issue? We are eager to work with the community to learn and further improve our edits.

The highway was tagged as residential, however it had an access=no tag. However from the aerial imagery, vehicular movement can be observed along with a presence of a parking lot which has presence of vehicles as well.
The access=No tag could not be removed as that could mean access is yes for all.
Hence only the motor vehicle tag was added.

Our editor added vehicle=No to the parking aisles as the main entrance to the parking aisles is from Merschweg which has Vehicle= no.
However that cannot be used to make the parking aisles as Vehicle=no as it will render the parking useless (as mentioned by you).
We had a quick connect with the editor and briefed them on the same.
We have reverted the edit.

Yes, though it makes sense to give a "Straight Ahead only" than restrictions for both left and right, We will be able to give restrictions only based on the signs available (Which restricts left and right).

Thanks for pointing out our mistake. Our editor had committed the mistake of deleting the segment. We have advised the editor to make better quality edits and will be monitoring the same.
Also our senior editor (Patamma) took a look at the case and reworked on it.

Apologies for delayed response. Thanks a lot for your update. Our auditor has tagged the segment as residential only because the same segment also acts the entry and exit to the houses. But yes, they should be tagged as Parking. The editor has been apprised about it and will follow the same going forward.

Thanks for pointing this out. The roads - Way: 429297667 & 25943063 were made one Way as the Round-about is One-way and the road succeeding the Node: 1531158132 is also One-way.
Could you please help us in understanding if there is a way to add Access based on directionality and how to go about this, as this would otherwise create safety issues for Other Motor vehicles except buses?

Hi Michael,

We saw that osm.org/way/95972645#map=19/51.40317/6.58354 was marked residential. In order to maintain consistency, the segment in question was changed to Residential but the Tracktype was retained as grade3 (osm.wiki/Key:tracktype) and hence retains the Unpaved tag.
However Highway=track would have been a better option.
