What do you mean by a "windows download"?
I got a gzipped tar file. In it was a Python program, two HTML files, a JavaScript file, and a few other files. The Python script didn't run because I don't have the 'screenlets' packages installed, and the HTML used OpenLayers but only displayed "More OSM coming soon..." tiles.
