Both torrents seem to be working fine, I've grabbed both the Albania and the Kosovo osm files successfully from the 2 torrents :)

I just grabbed that Kosovo torrent, read your post on your blogpost, and am seeding. I'm not exactly sure what the plan is however. It's a little technical for me :)

the plan is to update the seeds daily, We will extract the data from http://download.geofabrik.de/osm/ here on a daily basis and update the seeds.
this is just an experiment. But thanks for helping!
I am interested in what type of speed we can get and how many peers we can find.
The next step will be to make some form of decentral updating as well.
