process bounding boxs of kosovo
need to remove overlaps, but what the hell

Hi, could you please use something more appropiate for such long postings? You could create some wikipages or use a pastebin service.
Posting so much in diary posts makes reading osm.org/diary pretty hard.

You could use your user page in wiki.openstreetmap.org and post a link in your diary only.

Or you could ask TomH for an svn account and place your code there with comments when commiting.

I am removing the code and putting it into bzr.
