python is nice. but perl can be parsed easier.
you will have a hard time extracing python scripts from the journal
you need to wget the files.
this scriptlet removes duplicate nodes from the forest walker.

guys, you`re too ad-hoc`ish.
you have forestwalksr's source, why won't you correct that issue in there?

1. I need to understand the problem first.
2. Forestwalker takes a while to run for such a huge input, and if it works, why should I break it.
when i have solved the problem, I will look at fixing forest walker.
