I suspect this is an un-named library, not a building called Library with an unknown purpose.

If so, the name should be removed and amenity=library, together with operator (Westminster University?), and an appropriate access (probably not yes, as I doubt that members of the public can walk in).

Several buildings here are named with what appear to be either descriptions or references. Name should be reserved for buildings that actually have a name on them.

Names for businesses or departments, should be associated with a an appropriate main tag, not just building

In particular: Block *, Canteen, Photography, Library, .and Finance & Registry.

Bing suggests that there is a courtyard here, not a building named "Courtyard".

There are two buildings occupying the same ground here. The inner one appeared much earlier, and, at best is probably a building part, but it needs someone with permission to be on the campus to fix this.

There is a planning consultation notice, on the gate, indicating that there is an intent to demolish and rebuild most of this site as a new, 4 storey, school. It might be a a sixth form college, but the entry level was smudged on the notice..

This needs monitoring and, once work has been confirmed most of the detailed buildings will need to be invalidated. In the slightly longer term, the name needs to be checked.

The children's centre and an administrative office are to remain, but it is not clear exactly which ones these are amongst the existing buildings.

There is a footpath leading westwards from Falcon Way here-- I'm not sure where it leads to (probably Brookfield Crescent).

East Cowes is mapped at administrative level 10, but Cowes is mapped at level 8, even though it only covers the West of the estuary. I would have expected either both to be at the same level, or Cowes to have included East Cowes.

Someone familiar with administrative boundaries needs to check this out.
