The whole Willesden Green Library, except for the small victorian building at the front, was completely demolished in 2013. A new "Willesden Green Cultural Centre" incorporating the victorian bit was built at the front of the site (facing Willesden High road). It was opened in September 2013. It contains the Library, Brent Museum, Brent Archives and various community spaces. The back part of the site, including the area formerly occupied by the rear of the old library building and the car park was used for new "premium apartments" which funded the development.

Artisan closed down in August 2015.
The shop is now STOAKE (www.stoake.co.uk), a showroom for wood-fired stoves.
The location shown is marginally wrong, the shop is at the apex of the junction of Parkfield road and Harlesden road with the entrance on to the junction.
