Es soll für Bürgersteige neben einer Straße einerseits highway=footway gesetzt werden (allgemein ein Pfad an dem Menschen zu Fuß gehen), gleichzeitig aber auch footway=sidewalk (Kennzeichnung als Bürgersteig). Siehe osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dfootway (Beispiel 2)
