Best guess is that there might have been a mapnote at the time to survey bollards on the nearby footpath. It wasn't intended to remain and I have removed it.

I presume KR means that Keep Right was flagging an error 9 years ago. There have been edits since then, so I think I would be inclined to mark them as temporarily resolved and wait to see if KR reflags them.

A search for the address gives https://jjzfood.co.uk/contacts/ which suggests it's no longer Kem's.

I'll try to check it when I'm next in the area.
