Ah, I see where the issue is with the lane count. I did not tag the left turn lane for both directions. Definitely my mistake then. Again, thank you for catching these!

Looking at aerial imagery of the way, it looks like the layout is as follows: one lane forward, one left turn lane for both directions, one lane backward, and one right turn lane backward. Based on the documentation of the turn key, I believe it should be mapped as four lanes, but please let me know if there is an error I can't see.
