D'oh!

Just tried to open the OSM-Wiki: osm.wiki/Main_Page etc. but always get the message that no connection to the server can be made ...

Shift plus the refresh button or F5 din't work.

Now I sometimes see empty squares or "...more OSM comming soon" + magnifier image on random positions. So it is a caching problem ...

Using another Firefox version is no option because I also tried Chrome. When I open the same map using Chrome (the first time!) I also see empty squares. It seems that my provider is caching images in a "unknown" way ...?

Clearing the browser cache may work but is not a very handy way for displaying/zooming maps ...

Also tried the trick with different urls but the same result:
osm.org/?dummy=1
osm.org/?dummy=2

OSM should use the "no_cache" option to avoid such problems?

Yes, seems to be a temporary problem (caching/redraw issue).
At the moment I am not able to use "shared nodes". Not a WYSIWYG-Editor ;-) Maybe I try to fix it if I have more time to do so.

Just discovered that it is a zoom/redraw problem: osm.org/?lat=47.82577&lon=16.25721&zoom=15&layers=B000FTF

Zoom level 15 displays the footpath where a closer zoom hides it.

Found a minor problem at osm.org/?lat=47.826544046402&lon=16.2578558921814&zoom=16

The (secondary) street "Rudolf-Kumbein-Gasse" is separated through a "footway". I have entered a "footway" but it doesn't appear.

Also when I open the map the two parts of "Rudolf-Kumbein-Gasse" appear differently (one part is displayed broaden then the other one even the type of street are the same).

What's wrong there?
