Jup I just fixed this(osm.org/changeset/29482997). Unfortunately I wasn't able to see that in JOSM :(.

#2 I guess that's a matter of opinion since there isn't really a lot of difference. Looking at the Bing sattelite images it seems to be a connecting road to some houses more than an "agricultural road" (as described in the wiki for track)...? Neither of us is able to answer that question from home. But i feel like it was an improvement because before my change those roads weren't even visible!

#1 the tree change was something, JOSM marked as wrong--> so i changed it and forgot to include it in the changeset comment. My fault! I'm sorry! But since it isn't wrong tagging I guess its not that bad?

In my newer changesets I tried seperating the US and Europe, but it is very hard if there a only a few objects with the same kind of wrong tag.
The source is Bing, as is stated above ( Of course I used overpass-turbo for finding the data in the first place) and i really don't know how to describe my changes any further! (I looked at every object and then changed its tags accordingly).

i didn't notice how big my changeset was... my fault!
In this changeset I changed "high" tags to either height, maxheight, highway or other tags according to their context!
