I'm trying to trace fences where I see them, give or take. Since I am airmchair mapping only, can't do surveys in Finland, I don't have local knowledge and some details may be off. I do the mapping in hope that it's easier for someone local to do a survey and modify my version than doing the whole thing from scratch.

It's also sort of a drawing aid for me in some cases: houses are often parallel with fences and in turn with streets, and to pick up the base vector I find it easier and more precise to do it from long fences than short walls or street centers that are imaginary; neighboring blocks often have the generic base vectors of fences and walls lined up, and sometimes even property boundaries line up between adjacent blocks. This in turn helps me figuring the extent of some houses especially when they are under trees.

About the details...

Sometimes I see a fence starts at one corner of a property and I see the end of it in another corner but at the resolution of the aerials available here I can't see the fence in the middle along the given edge, but I find it very unlikely that it just missing in the middle, so in those cases I sometimes imply short middle sections.

Similarly, with building corners under trees I sometimes can't decide whether the building is rectangular with a corner shaded out or has a more complex floorplan; whether a building touches (or even replaces) the fence or there's a tiny gap; or whether two very closely placed buildings share a wall or they are just really close, within a meter. I regard these all limitations of the aerial based mapping.

About fences, I also cant determine whether they are really fences or walls or hedges (or hedge grown over a fence).

Properties fully surrounded with fences: I don't have local knowledge, but I assume most of the cases it's not a big gap in the fence but a small gate, usually put on the node where the driveway crosses the fence.

(Unfortunately the actual gate is typically not visible on the aerials in this region.)

If you have alternative sources or local knowledge, please feel free to add the details, remove fence segments that the subpixel shadow on the aeriel made me think is there but is not.

Hasznalni egeszen biztosan nem akarok mast, mint az osm-rnd. Egyszeruen sokkal olcsobb ebbe belefejleszteni, amire epp szuksegem van, mint valami urhajoval bajlodni. Ugyan meg az elejen jarok, de mar most sokkal kenyelmesebb szamomra, mint a josm vagy az iD valaha volt. Barmi, ami nem plain C minimalis fuggosegekkel, az effektive downgrade lenne, aminek nem latom ertelmet.

Koszi, en is ide jutottam; itt par dolog meg van csinalva helyben, de nekem az volt a benyomasom, hogy az ellenorzesek nagyobb reszet a maprules.js csinalhatja valami kulso API-n.

A JSOM ellenorzoinek az elonyeit ertem. Azt nem tudom meg, hogy megeri-e annyi munkat belerakni, hogy mapcss-t fejlesszek hozza.

Jo esellyel az osm-rnd felhasznaloszama valahol az 1 es 3 kozott fog mozogni, arra a par temakorre, amit ennyi felhasznalo szerkeszt talan nem annyira remenytelen ellenorzeseket irni.

(Az alacsony szintu geometria ellenorzeseket azota mar implementaltam, ugyhogy taggeletlen wayeket meg 1 node wayeket mar nem enged meg feltolteni)

Koszi, de nincs JOSM-om (es nem is tervezek kb 1 giga javat felrakni).

A forrasat szoktam neha nezegetni. Ugy tunik a validatorhoz a tag szabalyokat mapcss-ben irtak, de az olyan low level geometrias dolgokat, mint amik az inspector hibak felet okoztak (way csak 1 nodera, nem zart epulet) valoszinuleg nem mapcss-bol oldja meg.

Vegul talaltam egyszerubb megoldast overpassal, valoszinubb, hogy csinalok overpass API-t a szerkesztombe.

Talaltam egy nyakatekert megoldast overpass turboval, azt hiszem most sikerult kijavitanom az osszes ilyen jellegu hibamat.

koszi az eszrevetelt es a linket, ezeket javitani fogom. Lehet az osm inspectorral exportalni a talalatokat? Azt hiszem az lenne a leghatekonyabb, ha be tudnam tolteni csak a cimkezetlen objektumokat egy retegre.

A tomeges szerkesztesi hiba oka amugy az, hogy meg nem implementaltam ellenorzot, amit commit elott futtatna a program, ezert ha sok hasonlo dolgot (hazat, keritest) rajzolok egyszerre es nemelyiket elfelejtem cimkezni, akkor az gond nelkul felmegy ugy.

Azt hiszem mostmar ideje megcsinalnom az ellenorzot is.

egyetertek: nincs semmilyen fizikai akadaly (en is csak a legifotok alapjan rajzoltam).

Koszi, hogy megnezted! Nem voltam biztos benne, hogy jo otlet, de nem talaltam dokumentaciot rola, szoval gondoltam kiprobalom itt, aztan ha masok inkabb rossznak gondoljak, akkor nem rajzolok tobb ilyet. Felmerult bennem az is, hogy egyiranyunak jeloljem, bar a vegen az igazi kerdes valoszinuleg inkabb az, hogy erdemes-e ennyire micromappelni vagy a "ez is csak keresztezodes, aztan aki odaer, majd megoldja".

Kulon changeset, szoval konnyu revertalni - ha ugy gondolod, hogy ez inkabb rossz gyakorlat, akkor nincs ellenemre a revert.
