Today I found two nice applications, one to obtain gpx traces
SMap from http://www.sanoodi.com

And the other for display OSM on the device
BTC Mapper from http://www.bigtincan.com/downloads/blackberry.html

I also use Mini Opera to upload the gpx traces to OSM.

If you have found better apps for example to mark waypoints, please let me know.
