It's only a name if it's regularly referred to that way by itself. Identifiers such as numbers or letters should go in the "ref" tag: osm.wiki/Key:ref

Additionally, things that have been removed in real life should be removed from the map, not titled "removed." When editing "*:lanes" tags, make sure that ALL tags ending in "*:lanes" refer to the same number of lanes. Here, you removed a lane from the "turn:lanes" tag but the "change:lanes" tag still refers to one more.
