Changeset When Comment

OpenStreetMap represents what currently physically exists. If it hasn't been torn down yet, it shouldn't be deleted.

For such a large changeset, it would be helpful to either be more detailed about what you added or changed (like is this just a routine update of outdated tags, adding businesses from a survey, or something else?), or split it into smaller changesets.

Thanks!

Please make sure you save your work in one area before moving on to another, to avoid create large changeset bounding boxes. Additionally, and especially for changes as large as this, please write a descriptive changeset comment. osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

"service=parking_aisle" is for the aisles up and down a parking lot, but the parking here is street-side and not in the whole area. I think "highway=service" without any "service" qualification was correct. osm.wiki/Key:service

What is a DCW?

In changeset 123408943, I restored the wikidata tag you deleted. Please don't delete tags that are still accurate.

It's only a name if it's regularly referred to that way by itself. Identifiers such as numbers or letters should go in the "ref" tag: osm.wiki/Key:ref

Please, as I've already mentioned, the "name" tag should only contain the actual name of a feature. None of these trees are actually named "Pine," for instance. Additionally, things that have been removed in real life should be removed from the map, not titled "removed." See here for more information: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don.27t_use_name_tag_to_describe_things

When editing "*:lanes" tags, make sure that ALL tags ending in "*:lanes" refer to the same number of lanes. Here, you removed a lane from the "turn:lanes" tag but the "change:lanes" tag still refers to one more.

This change is mostly in Korea, but it includes one sidewalk in the US. To keep bounding-boxes small, please save your changes in one area before moving to another.

Why is a HOTOSM project for the RDC making tasks in the US?

121947194 about 3 years ago

I didn't see the website. If you feel that's enough evidence, feel free to place it back without the ad copy. I'll see if I can visit again today and maybe have better luck.

I've tried to go there and check, but I can't see signs for either from the street. It's possible that both businesses exist here, but if that's the case I would rather them be two separate nodes than one overriding the other. It's possible that Sandium moved out and Pelle moved in, but my instinct is to trust a government health form over an SEO spammer.

Highway ramps should use "highway=motorway_link", and their destinations should go under "destination"

In changeset 122140017 I imported the addresses here from City of San Jose data, merging and replacing the old points.

This is a part of the Santa Clara County Social Distancing Protocol Import: osm.wiki/Santa_Clara_County,_California/Social_distancing_protocol_import Each of these points might not be a full store front, but they do exist as registered businesses.
