Please, PLEASE, be VERY CAREFUL when doing any editing related to CHAZ/CHOP. Previous edits left a mess that was difficult to untangle, and I don't want to have to do it again. Familiarize yourself with osm.wiki/Good_practice and osm.wiki/Editing_Standards_and_Conventions and osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element before venturing forth. Avoid creating duplicate items or unconnected ways. Avoid deleting ways when modifying them will suffice.
