That's because I selected "covered but not inside option" in StreetComplete. ATMs are located under the roof/arch attached to the building, so they can't be considered fully inside or outside.

I have some questions about this and other similar edits of yours.

You refer to a discussion in the Ukrainian community, but I don't see that there has been any conclusion of it so far allowing for automatic edits.

Also, don't such edits in places like Luhansk violate the "truth on the ground" principle, since those territories are controlled by Russia and Russian is the primary language there?

мне кажется, это лишь юр. адрес. добавлен он был на сайт в 2021 году, а в 2022 буквы над дверью были ещё на месте (на я. панорамах видно).
