I meanwhile got my scripts to produce data that were accepted and included. But my last uploads failed again - with no kind of explanation or error message. I am getting much fed up with OpenStreetMap, I put a good deal of time and effort and fuel into it. Of course there may be reasons for things going wrong, it might well be my own fault - but to get one's hard effort rejected without any explanation or suggestion is frustrating, to say the least. I am waiting for either my uploads to appear, or someone to offer help in debugging the problem. Till then, end of my efforts - I've better things to do, and can find better respect for my effort.

I tried to upload a GPX-file generated by a self-written bash script. At first it was mentioned as ïmport busy, then it disappeared without a trace. Neither was there any message or mail. How can I validate my GPX file? Why dont I receive any feedback?

Oh and please don't come and tell me to use gpsbabel or whatever - there IS a reason.
