If you are using the online editor on the Edit tab, click the + button on the right hand side and enter leisure in the first box and park in the one on the right. See osm.wiki/Potlatch/Primer#Editing_tags for more details.

the photo's will never be shown on openstreetmap. If you have geotagged pictures that someone can use to map, you can put them on openstreetview. If this is not what you want, take a look at osm.wiki/Photo_mapping#Websites.2Fprojects_about_geolocating_photos .
But remember, your photos will never be shown on the main openstreetmap.org site.

not all companies are shown. Does an existing icon fits with your company? if not, maybe there is already an icon created. Take a look at the project of the week page: osm.wiki/Project_of_the_week/2010/Jul_25
if the icon already exists, there's a big chance it will be added within a few months.
if there is no icon, you need to create one yourself. Not a company specific icon, but a general icon that can be used to display you and your concurrents. If you have created it, upload it to the wiki and maybe contact the responsible for the project of the week. His email is in the last step about creating an icon.
