Is this real? I didn't see any signs of a cycleway under construction

I think that this intersection should be mapped differently because when you go from Ward Street to Stuart Road you are going straight, not making a right turn onto Waverly Ave then a left turn onto Stuart Road

There appears to be a new building that replaced this one

This part of the building is Morrill IV South. Here is the only image I could find online that shows the layout:

This section is marked as a footpath despite the rest of the trail being marked as a path.

I don't think this road should be marked as private.
