The park is part of a relation, which does not seem right.
The relation is about buildings several miles away. The mysterious "DX group" comes from these buildings.
I would suggest to delete the relation from the park.

The park was part of a (useless) multipolygon and someone’s evidently attached their building to it instead of creating a new one. I’ve found attaching a way to the wrong relation in Potlatch is only too easy.
