Joined up Deir Ezzor

Posted by jonnymaserati on 25 January 2009 in English.

Did some travelling over the weekend and have made a couple of major additions to the Syria map.

Deir Ezzor now has road accross the river (and the old French bridge is also now marked as a footpath). Also added a couple of restaurants, fuel station and a hotel.

I've also added the service road that links up the two oil pipeline pumping terminals T3 and T2, between Palmyra and Deir Ezzor and the Bagdad Cafe 66 is now marked on the road back from Palmyra to Damascus.

I've made a few other minor changes and additions to Damascus and Palmyra.

I'm really impressed on how quick the Syria map is developing, considering how little there was half a year ago! I know it's down to just a small number of guys, so keep up the good work!
