I wonder if it's possible to name cycling routes or give an indication on the cycle map render of the name of a route?
The cycle routes I've uploaded for Syria have well known names amongst the MTB community here and it would be nice to reflect these on the maps...

Use the ref-tag.

nice map! we've got a long way to go in syria before they start looking as good as these!
that's exactly what i meant. i'm trying to use the lcn_ref but i don't get the sub keys come up like they do in this map? will wait and see how it looks when the render is updated...

lcn_ref is old style, when no relations where used.
Better use relations and ref and network=lcn or lcn=yes.
Also here is still a lot to do :-)
